Insurance Plans
StayWell Family Medicine is contracted with most major insurance companies. Individual coverage may vary based on specific plans. We recommend calling your insurance company to know the exact coverage prior to your appointment.
StayWell Family Medicines is no longer accepting new patients with Aetna, Cigna, or ASH.
Questions to Ask Insurance
Do I have naturopathic benefits?
Is StayWell Family Medicine or SB Medical, PS (our entity name) in network? Please note with recent re-branding some insurances may have our prior name McQuinn Naturopathic listed.
How are visits covered: copay, coinsurance, deductible, etc.
Please note that verifying insurance benefits and coverage is the patient's responsibility.
Billing
Payment is expected at the time of service unless insurance is being billed as specified above, or other arrangements are made. We accept checks, debit cards, and credit cards. Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) can be used for payment but we recommend you check with your plan administrator to verify this in your individual case.
Copays are due at the time of visit.
Paying Balances
StayWell Family Medicine is paperless and any balance due will be sent electronically through the patient portal.
